I recently heard a rabbi mention that it was obvious that a local school administrator could authorize confiscation of scooters banned to be brought to school, even if they were parked in private property near the school. My thought:If it is clear that the school administration has the right to break into private property to confiscate scooters based on the perceived danger, is it also clear that they or the local Synagogue administration could break into private property to destroy alcohol that will be consumed in excess at toameha or shabbat and put people in danger?
