Anyone know why in the standard daily Artscroll siddur they moved the “chazan’s stop” right after kriat shma from before l’dor vádor to after it by al avoteinu, while leaving it there in the all Hebrew version (Tifferet Yaakov)?

If the shir shel yom is to remind us of the song of the Levites on the daily sacrifice, why do we say it at the end of prayer rather than in the karbanot section?
