R. Reuven Margoliyos was a librarian, Talmudic scholar and prolific author. His most famous books are commentaries on Sanhedrin and on Sefer Chasidim, neither of which are online. However, some of his other books (all in Hebrew) can be found here:

תורניים עוד מאלו שיצאו בגליציה לפני המלחמה. כמו כן
חיבר כמה ספרים לו אשר לא זכה להוציאם לאור כמו ספר על כל המדרש רבה שנשאר בלבוב ונאבד. ספר על
תרגום יונתן בו עוזיאל, ועוד.
He also has a ridiculous book called “Ha-Rambam ve-Ha-Zohar” which purports to demonstrate that Rambam knew of the Zohar based on halachot that do not appear in the Talmud but do appear in the Zohar. (The possibility that the author of the Zohar read Rambam does not seem to have occurred to him)
In “Mechkarim Shabtaiim” Gershom Scholem devotes a chapter to a lengthy description of his debate with R. Margaliyot over R. Yonatan Eibuschitz. Anyone who still has any respect for RRM or his intellectual honesty should read it.
